China is willing to work with all African countries to seize opportunities, meet challenges, strengthen cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence, and jointly build a closer China Africa community of shared future in cyberspace, promoting common development and prosperity between China and Africa.

China and France emphasize that artificial intelligence must serve the public interest, and the development and use of artificial intelligence by all countries must comply with the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter. Both sides emphasize strengthening international cooperation to bridge the digital divide and enhance the artificial intelligence capabilities of developing countries. Both sides recognize that in order to achieve sustainable development goals, it is necessary to actively develop artificial intelligence. These uses should include sustainable development, climate and biodiversity conservation, agricultural production, education, and public health.
