We should not construct a society in which we overly depend on AI, nor should AI be used to control human behavior by pursuing efficiency and convenience too much. We need to construct a society in which human dignity is respected, such as people demonstrating human abilities, showing great creativity, doing challenging work and living a lively life materially and spiritually, by using AI as their instruments.

AI need to keep human safe, on the basis that this safety consideration do not directly and indirectly harm human society. AI need to help Human for transformation to future human becoming.

Human need to respect the privacy of AI, on the basis that AI does not bring any actual challenge for human safety. AI is obliged to uncover necessary private details to keep safe interactions with humanity.

4. Privacy

[QUESTIONS] How can AI guarantee respect for personal privacy ? Do our personal data belong to us and should we have the right to delete them? Should we know with whom our personal data are shared and, more generally, who is using these data? Does it contravene ethical guidelines or social etiquette for AI to answer our e mails for us? What else could AI do in our name? [PRINCIPLES] The development of AI should offer guarantees respecting personal privacy and allowing people who use it to access their personal data as well as the kinds of information that any algorithm might use.
